In the Netherlands the HeERO project partners are Ministry of Transport, Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) and the National Police Agency (NPA). Both organisations have separate responsibilities for implementing the pan EU-eCall in their processes. RWS is involved in Traffic-Management and Transport of Hazardous Goods. NPA is responsible for 112. The pilot will be realized in a look-a-like standalone simulation system. It is planned that the e-Call functionalities will be implemented in the current 112-Avaya communication system in 2013.
