Acquisition Promotion


  1. What is the Acquisition Promotion?

The “Acquisition Promotion” provides prepaid customers with the following, at no extra cost:

  • Unlimited Bmobile calls -Monday to Thursday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

  • Unlimited Bmobile weekend calls from Friday to Sunday.

  • 5 GB Data




  1. When does the Promotion begin?

The promotion begins on July 1, 2016 and ends on July 31, 2016.


  1. How do I participate in the Promotion?

New prepaid customers can visit any bmobile Retail Store and Channel Partner and purchase a SIM of any denomination. All SIMs comes with airtime, for use on calls and SMS to any network.
To participate in the Promotion, call any number and you will automatically receive the Acquisition Plan.
For existing customers, when you purchase a smart phone, the promotional plan will be added to your account within forty-eight (48) hours.


  1. Who can participate in this promotion?

Any customer purchasing a NEW Bmobile SIM card is eligible to participate in this promotion. Also, existing customers who upgrade their handset with a bmobile smart phone will also enjoy this promotion.


  1. Does the plan include Data or SMS?

The plan provides talk time and data ONLY, however NO SMS is included in the plan.


  1. Can the minutes be used to make calls to other networks?

No. The promotional plan can only be used for bmobile to bmobile calls. Calls to other networks and international calls are not included in the plan.


  1. How will calls to the other network be charged?

Calls to any other network will be deducted from the customer’s SIM airtime balance followed by regular topup balance, once preloaded balance is depleted.


  1. How will the daytime (Mon-Thurs) calls be charged?

Calls made during the day (Mon – Thurs) will be deducted from the customer’s SIM airtime balance. When your SIM airtime balance is finished, then calls during the day will be charged to your regular top up balance.

  1. How will I know that I received the promotional plan?

Once the SIM is purchased, you must make the first call to any number. The promotional plan will be added to your account. You will also receive the following messages:



Message 1

Welcome Valued Customer to the bmobile network! For 7 days we have awarded you 5GB of data, ULTD Night Talk Mon to Thru, & ULTD bmobile TALK from FRI to SUN!”


Message 2

Dial *121# to check your FREE plan balance. Ur plan expires in 7 days. With bmobile it is easier than ever to Stay Connected,.”


For existing customers, a message will be sent when the promotional plan has been added to your account.


  1. How would I know when my promotional plan expired?

You will receive the following message when your plan expires:

Message 1

Dear Customer ur free plan has expired .Dial *123# to try our Voice & Data Plans. We have unbeatable



value with ULTD calls to bmobile nos. for one week. Only $50.”

  1. Can I have multiple plans on my phone?

Yes, however, it is advisable to purchase one plan at a time.


  1. How do I know the balance on my promotional plan?

Customers can dial *123# Option “Query Balance” from their handset.



  1. How will my calls be charged after I buy a SIM Card or upgrade to a smartphone?
