A whole host of authentic Andalusian impressions that go beyond just sea and sand are yours to enjoy on this leisurely outing that will take you through Málaga’s surprisingly varied hinterland and begins with a scenic 40-minute coach journey up to a traditional Spanish finca. Your entertaining and welcoming host will introduce you to the wonderful flavours of produce grown in the so-called “Sunshine Valley”, before you move on to have breakfast in traditional Andalusian style – delicious! Next on your Andalusian adventure is the traditionally whitewashed village of Álora – one of the many pueblos blancos for which the region is known – that sits tucked away amid three rocky spurs. After a chance to stretch your legs and explore the narrow lanes of this appealing village, a further coach leg through breathtaking scenery will see you reach the mesmerisingly beautiful El Chorro Gorge, aka the “Málaga Lake District”. The beguiling turquoise of the crystal-clear water surrounded by deep-green pine forests make these lakes a certain highlight of your outing. Some free time to enjoy the gorgeous surroundings brings the excursion to a close before you return to the port and your ship.

Please note: this tour is not recommended for guests in a wheelchair.
