Yes ___ No ___ Our Toddler Program is available for children who are 18 months* – 3 years old by September of the year they will begin in our program. *Children who are 14 – 17 months in September may be enrolled if they are considered developmentally ready by OWM. We must receive both your completed application and application fee before your child can be considered for placement in our program. If we are able to offer your child a place at Our World Montessori, we will contact you to begin the enrollment process. Parent 1/ Guardian Signature: __________________________________ Date: _______ Parent 2/ Guardian Signature: __________________________________ Date: _______ Our World Montessori is committed to the principal of diversity and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, or national and ethnic origin. 2016-2017 School Year Tuition Information Application Fee $50 per child Enrollment Deposit – applied towards final tuition payment $450 per child Tuition Payments Our World Montessori allows for 10 monthly payments with no interest charges. The first 9 payments equal 10% of your child’s school year tuition and are paid on or before the 1st of each month from July 1 through March 1. The last payment on April 1 is the balance due after the $450 enrollment deposit has been deducted from the monthly payment. Sibling Discount Families with two children attending Our World Montessori in the same year will receive a 10% discount off the second tuition (equal or lesser value). Families with three children attending Our World Montessori in the same year will receive a 10% discount off the second tuition and a 20% discount off the third tuition (equal or lesser value). Tuition Prepayment Discount A 5% discount will be available for tuition paid in full on or before April 1, 2016. Tuition Assistance Tuition assistance is available to returning families and will be awarded on an annual basis. Decisions regarding assistance awards will be made based on financial need and family dedication to the Montessori philosophy and to Our World Montessori. A significant portion of our tuition assistance budget is set aside for third-year (Kindergarten) students. We work hard to ensure that all families, regardless of income, committed to enrolling children through their Kindergarten year at Our World are able to do so. Tuition Schedule
