Netherlands3.7.1 Short description In the Netherlands the HeERO project partners are Ministry of Transport, Rijkswaterstaat (RWS) and the National Police Agency (NPA). Both organisations have separate responsibilities for implementing the pan EU-eCall in their processes. RWS is involved in Traffic-Management and Transport of Hazardous Goods. NPA is responsible for 112. The pilot will be realized in a look-a-like standalone simulation system. It is planned that the e-Call functionalities will be implemented in the current 112-Avaya communication system in 2013.
