Objectives of the Course

Public, private and civil sector, the services and staff in the field of health and social services that affect the rule of law, legislation, basic social services, health and social services legislation, the basic concepts and issues, management, alumni relations, and legal aspects of health and social services, health care organizations-management relations government legal sizes.


Learning Outcomes

Course Content

Health and legal concepts, effects and relationships to each other, the concept of health law, health law, public law and private law in the place and importance, a special analysis, and legal characteristics of regulated health issues, health institutions and organizations, responsibilities, legal and moral responsibilities of health personnel, rights and assignments, the civil and criminal responsibilities, powers and responsibilities, legal qualifications, family planning, blood transfusions, organ transplants, medical evacuation, such as legal analysis of issues, euthanasia, euthanasia legal qualifications of the concepts, the general rule has been adopted by international agreements and principles of health evaluation in terms of law.
