When traveling in a vehicle, it is better to keep the windows closed and the doors locked in order to minimize the possibility of having any valuables snatched from the wrist or packages taken from within the vehicle. In general, night travel should be avoided except when on major highways. Due to the existing criminal activity, staff members should provide their contact information to their Agency while in the duty station even when exercising personal travel.
