For both residents and visitors, all of the elements were rated mainly positively, either as “very good” or “good”. Parking facilities and event signposting were two elements that scored less well, particularly for visitors.
The mean satisfaction scores are presented below. For visitors, the lowest score was for Event publicity and promotion.

Respondents were asked if there were any comments they would like to make about the event or any improvements they would like to suggest. A useful list of all verbatim comments from residents and visitors is provided in the appendices..


4.2 Likelihood of Recommending a Visit
A further measure of satisfaction lies in the likelihood of repeat visits to Liverpool and in the extent to which respondents would recommend an event. Close to 90% of respondents said it was “very likely” that they would recommend the event.
