Eastern Europe E-Work
Project Summary
The goal of the E3WORK Project is to promote the use of telework in Newly Associated States (NAS) helping them to fill the gap in this area of the Information Society, already well in practice in European Union (EU).The project will create an infrastructure to help their integration in the EU. ECC

Efficient Collaboration in the Prefabricated
Components Construction Network

Project Summary
The proposed ECC project addresses the improvement of competitiveness through closer co-operation, networking and the establishment of quasi-businesses in a specific segment of construction industry – the collaboration in marketing, selling, planning, producing, installation and processing of prefabricated construction elements such as cellars, staircases and ceilings. These elements are produced by independent companies (SMEs) who wish to improve their competitive positioning though “networking” and the establishment of "virtual enterprises".

ECC will develop a project communication mechanism that will increase the internal efficiency of the participating companies. It also will enable efficient co-operation among the companies allowing to build "virtual enterprises" with their complementary, pre-fabricated products and their customers. Along with this collaboration infrastructure, means for an aggressive marketing of the complementary products and services will be developed.
