Duties: Responsible for the assessment and delivery of comprehensive nursing care and the individual case management of clients living with drug and alcohol problems, and their families/carers within any designated practice setting within DASC.

Special Conditions: This is a variable part time position working 0.4 full time equivalent and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
