Duties: Provide comprehensive, confidential secretarial support to the Medical Education Officer, Director of Clinical Training and the GP Training Co ordinator who provide the Early Postgraduate Medicine Program, with particular emphasis on secretarial functions and liaising with medical staff, hospital staff and the general public. At times when all work is completed for the Early Postgraduate Medicine Program the Administrative Assistant will also be responsible to Medical Administration




Special Conditions: This is a part time (0.5 fte) position, days to be negotiated and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked. A performance appraisal will be conducted annually. There is no opportunity to accrue flexi time. Lyell McEwin is a smoke free environment. Located at Elizabeth Vale.
