Equipment charges on the Mobile Broadband Cap pricing plan
The terms set out below apply if youconnect to the service between 26 July 2010 and 7 April 2012on a Mobile Broadband Cap pricing plan and you purchase an approved USB Modem.
You may choose to:
pay the entire amount for the cost of the modem upfront, in which case wewill bill you for the purchase price in your first bill, or
pay for the cost of the modem by paying a fixed amount each month over the equipment term (see Appendix D for more details) in accordance with clause 5.3(d) of the service description, in which case we will bill you the monthly equipment charge each month for the length of the equipment term.
Details of and the purchase prices for the USB Modem (Standard) or USB Modem (Premium) vary from time to time and are available from us and our participating agents.
Paragraph (iv)(A) below refers to the mobile equipment payment plan so that the length of the equipment termwe will agree to depends upon the length of the minimum term of the pricing plan you select.
The equipment termwe will agree to is 24 months if the agreement is a fixed length agreement with a 24 month minimum term.
