Equipment charges on a Family Mobile Broadband 11 or a Family Mobile Broadband 21 pricing plan
The terms set out below apply if you connect to the service between 18 July 2010 on a Family Mobile Broadband 11 or a Family Mobile Broadband 21 pricing plan and you purchase an approved Roamer modem from us for use with the service.

When you purchase the Roamer modem from us the terms of the mobile equipment payment plan (see Appendix D) apply. You may choose to:

pay the entire amount upfront, in which case we will bill you for the purchase price in your first bill, or
-
if applicable to the modem, pay for the cost of the modem by paying a fixed amount each month over the equipment term (see Appendix D for more details) in accordance with clause 5.3(d) of the service description, in which case we will bill you the monthly equipment charge each month for the length of the equipment term.

Details of and the purchase prices for the Roamer modem or InZone modem vary from time to time and are available from us and our participating agents.

The length of the equipment term we will agree to depends upon the length of the minimum term of the pricing plan you select.

The equipment term we will agree to is Upfront or 24 months depending on the pricing plan you choose if the agreement is a fixed length agreement with a 24 month minimum term respectively.

Equipment charges on a Data Cap Plus pricing plan
The terms set out below apply if you connect to the service between 1 November 2010 and 7 April 2012 on a Data Cap Plus pricing plan and you purchase an approved device.

You may choose to:

pay the entire amount for the cost of the device upfront, in which case we will bill you for the purchase price in your first bill, or
-
pay for the cost of the device by paying a fixed amount each month over the equipment term (see Appendix D for more details) in accordance with clause 5.3(d) of the service description, in which case we will bill you the monthly equipment charge each month for the length of the equipment term.

Details of and the purchase prices for the devices vary from time to time and are available from us and our participating agents.

Paragraph (d) below refers to the mobile equipment payment plan so that the length of the equipment term we will agree to depends upon the length of the minimum term of the pricing plan you select.

The equipment term we will agree to is 12 or 24 months if the agreement is a fixed length agreement with a 12 or 24 month minimum term.
