ServiceHub, LLC
ServiceHub provides an Internet-based dispatch service for delivery companies, or field service organizations. The dispatcher uses a PC & Web browser to connect to our data center. The messages travel from our server via a wireless data network to dataphones. The mobile worker reads the text messages that contain addresses, directions, or other relevant information. The worker responds with an acknowledgment and completion data. Our target market is small companies, with 3-50 mobile workers, but it scales to hundreds. For the past two years, ServiceHub has supported HDML to mobile devices. By the end of 1999, as the carriers upgrade their gateways to support WAP V1.1, we will upgrade ServiceHub to support WAP V1.1.
