Florida Atlantic University (FAU) intends to negotiate with qualified charters and aircraft operators to provide aircraft charter and other related transportation Services. Primarily, the successful offeror(s) will provide aircraft charter services for the FAU Owls Football Team. Other transportation arrangements and modes of travel may be requested and provided for under this agreement in support of the football team, the Department of Athletics, Florida Atlantic University, and the university community. In partnering with the right company or companies, FAU is prepared to offer a three (3) year non-exclusive contract with two (2) one year renewal periods. The University reserves the right to make a single award, multiple awards, or no awards as a result of this ITN, whichever is in the best interests of, and at sole discretion of the University. The University is seeking a responsible, responsive, qualified company with an established record of providing high quality services focused on safety, security, comfort and timeliness in transporting the passengers and their equipment. Award of options is at the sole discretion of the University if deemed advantageous to do so and at the same terms, and conditions. The University reserves the right to make a single award, multiple awards, or no awards as a result of this ITN, whichever is in the best interests of, and at sole discretion of the University.
