RFP SYNOPSIS

It is the intention of The Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia (“AHA”) to enter into an agreement with one or more qualified Firm(s) to issue and administer Prepaid Debit Cards to families under the Housing Choice Voucher Program in accordance with stated contract requirements. The Prepaid Debit Card Program (“PDC”) will use a prepaid debit card (“Card”) that accesses a value balance account of a Housing Choice Program participant (“Cardholder”) which allows payment toward the Cardholder’s utility bills. The card is a stored value VISA or MasterCard branded Prepaid Debit Card.

CONTRACT 
PERIOD

The initial Contract term shall be for one (1) year from the Contract Execution Date with an option to renew for four (4) additional one (1) year terms.
