How to make a SHERATON hotel reservation




  1. All lodging reservations will be made directly with the hotel and paid by May 1st.



  1. For reservations, one person must make the reservations for all guests that are sharing one hotel room. Click the hotel link on the confirmation page to access the Hotel website. Once there, click “Reserve”.



  1. The next screen will ask you to select Check-In and Check-Out dates; number of rooms; and number of guests in room. Click “Search”.



  1. The next screen will show you “2 Double Beds “ as room type. Click “Reserve”.



  1. If you are a Starwood Preferred Guest (SPG) or would like to be one, fill in information here. Your selected room and rate information will be displayed. Complete all required information (has an asterisk (*) under personal information section including your email address. Complete credit card information (Only one credit card may be entered) and SPG number (if applicable). Under Terms and Conditions, you will need to “uncheck” the box – “Personal information of additional guests is the same as primary guest” – so you can enter information of all those staying in that room. Check the box – “I agree to the Terms & Conditions. Please complete my booking process. Click “Review Your Reservation”.



  1. The next screen is Reservation Review. Check to make sure all information captured is correct. Click “Complete Your Reservation”.



  1. On the final page of the reservation, the total cost for the room will be displayed.  It will also provide you with a reservation summary showing “all guests” in that room. The primary guest will need to manually calculate the cost per person, which should match what you have listed in the conference information packet.  Once the room is reserved that guest will receive an acknowledgement number via email.
