Teen Conference Registration Highlights

1. 
   All Teens attending the Conference MUST be registered.
   
2. 
   All Teen Sponsors, Chaperones and Parents (Mothers and Fathers) who plan to attend Teen Conference activities MUST be registered and wear appropriate conference badges and wristbands.
   
3. 
   In order to better serve you, on-site registration will NOT be available.
   
4. 
   All Teens, Sponsor/Chaperones, and Registered Parents are required to stay in the conference hotel – Gaylord Opryland.
   
5. 
   Teens attending the conference, including Host Chapter Teens, will not be able to drive or transport others to conference events using their personal vehicles nor have use of the vehicle during the conference.
   
6. 
   All graduating seniors participating in the Senior Gala must be registered and must attend the conference. The Regional Director will consider exceptions to this rule on an individual basis. All Requests must be written and submitted to the Regional Director prior to April 25th, and ALL decisions will be influenced by the senior's previous Teen Conference attendance. Note: this only allows for five days for a decision to be reached in time to register by May 1^st.

   Senior Parents’ Package DOES NOT count toward 1 in 4 bylaw conference attendance credit.

8. 
   Only registered conference attendees will be permitted to utilize the conference transportation to off-site venues. (i.e. HBCU tours, Senior Outing, Community Service Project, Sports/Game Day).

Father’s Registration Includes: Step Show/Talent Show; Leadership Awards Luncheon; Senior Reception; Senior Gala; Senior Gala Parent’s Jazz Lounge; and Gift. (ALL Fathers attending Teen Conference are required to pay registration – except Host Chapter POPS)
Senior Parent Package DOES NOT count toward the 1 in 4 Bylaw conference attendance credit.(Step/Talent Show, Leadership Luncheon, Senior Gala Reception & Gala and Parents Jazz Lounge) PACKAGE CAN ONLY BE PURCHASED BY A MOTHER MEMBER OF A SENIOR TEEN REGISTERED FOR THE TEEN CONFERENCE.
