2010 Extension details courtesy of Brian McIntyre, macsFootballBlog.com
Bob McGinn, Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel: The Green Bay Packers have signed cornerback Tramon Williams to a four-year contract extension averaging $8.25 million... The deal is worth $41.25 million and extends through 2014. The Packers and agent Rodney Williams completed the deal late last week but the club didn’t announce it. Williams received a $6 million signing bonus, roster bonuses of $2.5 million in 2011, $2.8 million in 2012 and $300,000 in both 2013 and 2014. He had been playing under a one-year tender worth $3.043 million. Williams’s base salary increased this year to $14,376,333, with $5.074 million of it guaranteed.
Bob McGinn, Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel: The deal is worth $33.074 million and extends through 2014. The Packers and agent Rodney Williams completed the deal late last week but the club didn’t announce it… The deal guarantees Williams $11.074 million. He had been playing under a one-year tender worth $3.043 million. Williams’s base salary increased this year to $14,376,333, but with six weeks remaining in the regular season he will make just $5.074 million of it, which was guaranteed against skill and injury. The official average of the deal is $8.2685 million. He can realize another $1 million from 2011-’14 in the form of workout bonuses.
Andrew Brandt, NFP: the deal contains (1) very little Cap acceleration should the Packers terminate Williams -- his contract, not him -- after 2011; (2) large per-game roster bonuses each year (up to $300,000) for staying injury-free; and (3) large workout bonuses (averaging $250,000 per year) each year, starting in 2011, for participating in 85% of the team's offseason workout program.

Details of 2010 deal courtesy of Brian McIntyre, MacsFootballBlog.com
Adam Caplan, Fox Sports: Woodson, who is signed through 2014, is listed with a non-guaranteed base salary of $7.85 million ($1.35 million in one-time incentive reached according to Brian McIntyre of Mac's Football Blog, $6.5 original base salary) for 2011. He has a $2.05 million roster bonus due on the 30thday of the new league year and per game roster bonuses ($62,500 per game active) totaling $1 million. His total take for base salary and roster bonuses for this coming season is $10.9 million.
Woodson, who turns 35 in October, could earn up to $11.5 million for the 2012 season. As is the case for each of the four years left on his deal, his $6.5 million base salary is not guaranteed. But this time around, his roster bonus, which is due on the 30th day of the new league year, is nearly double of the previous season at $4 million. He has the same per game roster bonuses structure of up to $1 million.
Woodson, who signed with the Packers in April of 2006, could earn $20 million over the final two years of his contract based on non-guaranteed base salaries and roster bonuses. He can earn just over $41 million over the four years in base salary and roster bonuses.
From 2007 until the final year of 2011, he’ll receive a $56,000 roster bonus each week he’s on the team’s 45-man game-day roster. Any season he’s chosen outright for the Pro Bowl, he’ll receive a $100,000 bonus, and his base salary the following season will increase $1.5 million. If he makes the Pro Bowl as an alternate, he’ll receive a $25,000 bonus and his salary the next year does not change.
Tom Silverstein, Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel: KDVR-TV in Denver quoted Woodson's agent as saying his client could earn $33 million in the next three seasons and $55 million over the next five, although he did not say what targets he'd have to hit to get that done.
Bob McGinn, Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel: Woodson, 34, ranks fourth among cornerbacks at $9.73 million [in new money/new years on 2010 extension]
Brian McIntyre, MacsFootballBlog.com: Woodson triggered a one-time $1.35 million base salary escalator in his contract.
