Brian McIntyre, MacsFootballBlog.com: 5-years, $11.75M/$14.75M max; $8.76M guaranteed
Bob McGinn, Milwaukee Sentinel-Journal: Signing bonus: $880,000. Option bonus (paid early league year in 2011): $3.95 million. Roster bonus (2010): $794,000. One-time bonus: $2.54 million in form of roster bonus by meeting minimum playing-time or team qualifier. Total guaranteed: $8.76 million. Base salaries: $320,000 in 2010, $405,000 in '11, $583,500 in '12, $862,000 in '13 and $1,115,500 in '14. Workout bonuses: $100,000 in 2012, '13 and '14.
Bob McGinn, Milwaukee Sentinel-Journal: Bulaga's deal contains a one-time bonus that isn't considered guaranteed. But in order to gain that $2.54 million bonus, all Bulaga has to do is play 35% of the snaps in 2010 or 45% of the snaps in any subsequent season. In addition, Bulaga has an escalator clause in which he could tack on an extra $3 million in 2014. He would make an extra $800,000 in '14 with 65% playing time once in his first four years, $1.45 million in '14 by doing it twice, $2.05 million in '15 by doing it three times or $2.6 million by doing it four times. Also, he can earn an extra $100,000 per season either by making the Pro Bowl or making the all-pro or all-conference teams.
Bob McGinn, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: the Packers announced the re-signing of Bulaga, whose five-year, $33.75 million contract ranks eighth on the team in average salary per year at $6.75 million… The guaranteed portion of Bulaga's contract came exclusively from his $8 million signing bonus. His base salaries will be $1.25 million this season, $950,000 in 2016, $5.4 million in 2017, $5.85 million in 2018 and $5.8 million in 2019. On the third day of the league year next March, Bulaga will receive a $2.25 million roster bonus. The contract also includes roster bonuses of $500,000 in 2015, $550,000 in 2016, $600,000 in 2017, $650,000 in 2018 and $700,000 in 2019 prorated based on the number of games he's on the 46-player active roster. He has $250,000 workout bonuses each year, too.

Brian McIntyre, CheeseheadTV.com: Burnett received a signing bonus of $875,100. A fourth-year escalator can increase the deal’s value to $3.398 million.
Ian Rapoport, NFL.com: Burnett has signed a four-year, $24.75 million extension with the Packers, worth up to $26 million with incentives. The deal included an $8.25 million signing bonus. Burnett will receive $15 million over the first two years.
Bob McGinn, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: the Packers signed Burnett to a four-year extension worth $24.75 million… The contract contains $8.25 million in guaranteed money, all in the form of a signing bonus. Unlike an increasing number of larger NFL contracts, none of the base salaries are guaranteed… the so-called "new money" for Burnett includes base salaries of $1.15 million in 2014, $2.9 million in 2015, $2.9 million in 2016 and $4.75 million in 2017. Also, Burnett has a roster bonus of $1.5 million payable on the fifth day of the league year in March 2014. From 2014-'17, Burnett's deal also includes $300,000 roster bonuses ($18,750 for each game on the active roster) as well as $300,000 workout bonuses each year. Tom Silverstein, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: The Packers matched an offer Bush received from the Tennessee Titans that his agent, Derrick Fox, told the Journal Sentinel on Monday afternoon was worth $4.5 million and included a $1 million signing bonus. Bush signed the offer sheet Friday and the Packers had seven days to decide whether to match. The deal includes base salaries of $1 million in '09, $1.1 million in '10 and $1.4 million in '11. There are also playtime incentives that could raise his base salary to $1.6 million the final year of the contract.
Bob McGinn, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: The three-year contract that Bush signed Tuesday totals $5.25 million over three years. His previous contract was for $4.5 million over three years. Bush received a signing bonus of $1M, the same as he did in 2009. His base salaries will be $1M this season, $1.35M in 2013 and $1.6M in 2014. In addition, he has a $100,000 workout bonus each year.

DEION: +.1495 in 2005-2006, -.099666 in 2007-2009
Tom Silverstein, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel: Brandt structured Carroll's contract so that the cap number in 2004 ($975,000) would be lower than players taken in the same part of the first round. He did it by adding an extra year, thus allowing the Packers to spread the weight of his $2.1 million signing bonus over six years instead of five. However, after this season the sixth year will most likely be voided, which is of benefit to Carroll because he'll then be eligible for free agency in five years instead of six. Brandt included easily obtainable playing time incentives -- Carroll must appear in either 35% of the plays this season, 45% of the plays in 2005 or 55% of the plays in '06 -- to trigger the void. According to a source with access to player salary information, Carroll's deal is worth $6.93 million over five years. In addition to the $2.1 million signing bonus, which he receives immediately, there is a $1.85 million option bonus due in March. There's almost no scenario in which the Packers wouldn't pay the option bonus because even if they don't, the contract is structured so that Carroll earns almost exactly the same amount in guaranteed base salaries from '05-'07. If the Packers pay the bonus, the guarantees go away.
Carroll receives a $300,000 roster bonus this season and base salaries of $325,000 in '04, $355,000 in '05, $511,000 in '06, $667,000 in '07, $822,000 in '08 and $1.008 million in '09 (if not voided). In addition, he has off-season workout bonuses of $30,000 in each of the next five years. There are several incentives included -- Carroll gets $70,000 for every year he leads the team in interceptions (minimum of seven), for example -- and an escalator that could earn Carroll an additional $2.2 million in '08 if he hits several performance and playing time requirements.
