   What does the Optus Business Mobile Broadband Ultimate Offer allow you to do? The Business Mobile Broadband Ultimate Offer allows you to use your Business Mobile Broadband service(s) and Optus Mobile Digital Service(s) if applicable where you;
   
   1. 
      are a new small or medium business customer;
      
   2. 
      connect your service(s) on eligible plans;
      
   3. 
      receive subscription charges on a monthly single bill and;
      
   4. 
      each service is connected in the same account name, address and ABN/ACN/ABRN.

   Your monthly included data value is shared between any of your active Business Mobile Broadband Ultimate Services(s) and eligible Optus Mobile Digital service(s) that are on the same account and bill. See Table 1.3 for eligible plans:

   Any data value which is eligible for sharing is calculated by the dollar value, rather than any MB/GB included value.
   
4. 
   Any unused portion of the monthly included data value which is eligible to share expires at the end of each month. This means that it does not roll over into following month.
   
5. 
   For technical and commercial reasons not all eligible customers will be able to connect to the Optus Business Mobile Broadband service on the same customer account number as your Optus Mobile Digital Service, in which case data sharing between Optus Business Mobile Broadband and Optus Mobile Digital Services will not be available to you.
   
6. 
   The included data of the Business Mobile Broadband Ultimate plans can only be used within Australia.

   Eligibility - Business Mobile Broadband Ultimate 1GB plan
   

1. 
   In order to be and remain eligible for the Business Mobile Broadband Ultimate 1GB Offers, you must:
   
   1. 
      maintain a ratio of at least 1 Optus Mobile Digital Service to 1 Business Mobile Broadband Service.
      

For example you may connect two $59 Business Complete Advantage Mobile Services and two $24.95 Biz MBB Ultimate 1GB Services or you may connect two $59 Business Complete Advantage Services and one $24.95 Biz MBB Ultimate 1GB Services. However, you may not have one $59 Business Complete Advantage Mobile Service and two $24.95 Biz MBB Ultimate 1GB Services.

   connect all relevant services in the same account holder name and service address, and ABN/ACN/ARBN;
   
2. 
   meet all of the criteria for the particular services as set out in each of the relevant service descriptions; and
   
3. 
   receive subscription charges on a monthly single bill.
   
1. 
   If you are an existing customer you may only transfer to the Business Mobile Broadband Ultimate 1GB plan with our written approval.
   
2. 
   If you no longer have an eligible Optus Mobile Digital services on your account but have a Business Mobile Broadband Service on a Business Mobile Broadband Ultimate 1GB plan we may at our discretion change your Business Mobile Broadband Service price plan to an eligible Business Mobile Broadband Plan.
