3. 
   Pricing plans available to small and medium business Authorised Optus Dealers
   

1. 
   This plan is to be used for demonstration purposes only, which involves demonstrating the plans features, functionality and performance to potential customers.
   
2. 
   A maximum of 10 services per Authorised Optus Dealer is available on this plan.
   
3. 
   This plan is a SIM only plan and does not include mobile broadband equipment. The Authorised Optus Dealer must purchase the equipment separately.
   
4. 
   This plan cannot be combined with any other offers or bundled reward unless stated by us.
   
5. 
   The service may be withdrawn or altered at any time by us without notice to the Authorised Optus Dealer.
   
6. 
   An Authorised Optus Dealer must not resell, share, or otherwise distribute this service to a third party. If you are found to have misused the service and/or its associated hardware, we may recover from you any cost associated with providing you the service in addition to any other related costs (e.g. cost of investigating the misuse and compensation we are required to pay to another user as a result of your misuse).
   
1. 
   Cancellation fees
   
   1. 
      If the service is cancelled before the expiry of the minimum term, you will be required to pay us:
      
      1. 
         any usage charges incurred up to, and including, the cancellation date;
         
      2. 
         the cancellation fee set out in the table below (unless under clause 2A of the consumer terms or SMB terms (as applicable to you), you are entitled to cancel the service without incurring a cancellation fee);
         
      3. 
         any rental fees owing for your modem for the period up to and including the cancellation date (if any);
         
      4. 
         the sum of unpaid equipment charges owing on your hardware (modem, tablet and/or computer), if any; plus
         
      5. 
         the sum of unpaid equipment charges owing on your Notebook Equipment Payment Plan as specified in Appendix DD (if any).
         
   2. 
      The cancellation fee is calculated as a fixed amount if the service is cancelled:
      
      1. 
         during the first 6 months of the minimum term if you are connected on a 12 month minimum term; and
         
      2. 
         during the first 12 months of the minimum term if you are connected on a 24 month minimum term; and
