Optus mobile broadband service

Note: if you move from the Biz Mobile Netbook 5GB or 8GB plan to the Biz Mobile Netbook 2GB or 2GB Promo plan during the contracted period, a one off $150 tiered plan change fee applies.

The following pricing plans are available if you are a small or medium business customer and you connect to the service after 1 September 2008 until 30 November 2009.

The following pricing plans are available if you are a new or existing small or medium business customer and you connected to the service between 26 November 2007 and 28 February 2008.

The following pricing plans are available if you are a small or medium business customer who connects to the service using the Roamer option, InZone option or Mobile as Modem option (Data Bolt On) on the ‘yes’ Business Share Wireless Broadband Plan between 26 November 2007 and 28 February 2008:

1. 
   The Business Mobile Broadband Offer allows you to use your Business Mobile Broadband service(s) and Optus Mobile Digital Service(s) if applicable where you:
   
   1. 
      are a new small or medium business customer;
      
   2. 
      connect your service(s) on eligible plans;
      
   3. 
      receive subscription charges on a monthly single bill and;
      
   4. 
      each service is connected in the same account name, address and ABN/ACN/ABRN.
      
2. 
   Your monthly included data value is shared between your active Business Mobile Broadband Services(s) and eligible Optus Mobile Digital service(s) that are on the same account and bill. See Table 5.0 for eligible plans.
   
3. 
   Any data value which is eligible for sharing is calculated by the dollar value, rather than any MB/GB included value.
   
4. 
   Any unused portion of the monthly included data value which is eligible to share expires at the end of each month. This means that it does not roll over into following month.
   
5. 
   For technical and commercial reasons not all eligible customers will be able to connect to the Optus Business Mobile Broadband service on the same customer account number as your Optus Mobile Digital Service, in which case data sharing between Optus Business Mobile Broadband and Optus Mobile Digital Services will not be available to you.
   
6. 
   The included data of the Business Mobile Broadband plans can only be used within Australia.
