You terminate your employment with Optus Admin and change your plan to an Optus Mobile Broadband plan currently available to the general public. You can select any Optus Mobile Broadband plan available to the general public or allow Optus to automatically select the lowest plan available to the general public at the time of the employment termination notice.

Special Terms
A maximum of one (1) service per eligible employee is available on the Optus Business 4G Employee Tablet Plan.
On termination of employment with an Optus Business 4G Employee Tablet Plan, Optus may allow you to remain on the Optus Business 4G Employee Tablet Plan with modifications or without the additional discounts and other benefits. You may select an Optus Mobile Broadband plan available to the general public or allow Optus to automatically select the lowest plan available to the general public at the time of the employment termination notice. Employees of OB customers will not be permitted to recontract on the same plan for further contract term.
When overseas, International Data Roaming usage charges apply. Your device may be incompatible with networks in some countries. For a list of countries Optus supports when roaming and pricing please refer to www.optus.com.au/yesinternational.
The Optus Business 4G Employee Tablet Plan excludes access to:
Unmetered access to selection of unmetered web sites including: Facebook, Twitter, MySpace, eBay, Foursquare, LinkedIn and Optus Webmail; and
Optus Internet Security Suite Software.
Cancellation Fees
Subject to your rights under clause 2A of the general terms, you will be required to pay us:
any usage charges incurred up to, and including, the cancellation date;
a pro-rated calculation of the Cancellation Fee (stated in Table 1.2 and 1.3 below) calculated as follows: 100% Cancellation Fee (CF) for the plandivided by the number of months on your minimum term multiplied by the remaining months of your minimum term, pro-rated for any part months remaining (so if you have 8.5 months remaining of yourminimum term, and the Cancellation Fees is $879 you will be charged $879/24 = $36.63 x 8.5 = $311.31).
