Appendix D-3: The Undergraduate Program of Study reflects the new electives added to the hospitality curriculum as of spring 2007: aviation management, airport management, airlines management and venues & facilities management. (These courses will be formally approved at the College’s November 30 faculty meeting.) The Graduate Program of Study contains information on the concentration in hospitality administration prior to the change to the Hotel Real Estate Career Track. With formal approval of this Career Track (also on 11/30 at the College’s faculty meeting), the next catalog will reflect this change and will delete all existing courses except those included in the Hotel Real Estate track. The proposal for the Hotel Real Estate specialization is included in Appendix A along with the syllabus for the new course “Hotel Assets.” Appendix D-3: Degree requirements for each program (from catalogs)
