Duties: The IT Configuration Manager is responsible for providing support to PIRSA Senior Management in the area of IT infrastructure change control and configuration management. Initial focus will be on the development of a management framework, associated policies, and responsibility matrices necessary for the management and support of the applications, data and infrastructure architectures within PIRSA. The incumbent is required to assist project managers, technical consultants, application developers and application owners/administrators in the management and control of infrastructure, data and application changes. This will include management and administration of the Test LAN. Validation of potential impacts of changes, via the Test LAN, will be mandatory for all significant upgrades or changes to business application or IT infrastructure systems. The incumbent will have a strong customer focus, be strongly aware of risk management and quality of service issues and be pro active in identifying opportunities for the capture and retention of knowledge on the PIRSA IT environment to maximise the benefits of change and configuration management in the current and future provision of services to our customers.
Special Conditions: Some work outside normal business hours and weekend work may be required according to customer needs. Undertake intrastate/interstate travel where appropriate. Duties: The Principal Contract Manager is the central focus within South Australia Police for the delivery of customer focused procurement and contract services. This position will be specifically responsible for developing and implementing contracts, purchasing options and strategies to ensure maximum value for money outcomes. This role includes the development and implementation of contract management systems, processes and relationships that will ensure the achievement of identified contractual outcomes and protect the operational, legal and financial interests of SAPOL at all times.
