Duties: The Project Manager is responsible for providing advice to the Deputy Director PPP Unit and SA Government Agencies in regard to private sector involvement in the development of infrastructure through: providing advice on the policies and processes to be followed to develop projects according to Partnerships SA policy and Treasury Guidelines on contracting with the private sector to develop infrastructure and/or the delivery of services to the public sector; providing consulting services in the application of the technical aspects of the Partnerships SA model; providing input into policy development on private sector development of infrastructure development in South Australia, including contributing to policy development on infrastructure development at the national level; providing oversight on specific projects to ensure that agencies comply with the essential elements of the Partnerships SA delivery process from project inception through to financial close; representing the PPP Unit on agency project management committees and joint State government committees.

Duties: Correctional Officers interact directly with prisoners in an institutional setting to provide a positive role model and support rehabilitation to minimise the risk of re offending while maintaining a security service for the care and well being of prisoners. Successful candidates will be employed as OPS1 trainee Correctional Officers on a one year traineeship that will provide a nationally recognised Certificate 3 Qualification.
Special Conditions: A pool of applicants is to be replenished. Positions may be located at various country and metropolitan locations. Hours of duty are an average of 38 hours per week rostered over 7 days. Must be prepared to work in any SA Institution.
